My Yoga practice, Instagram and more...

I started my Yoga Instagram profile about two years ago, in order to track my progress and share my practice with yogis all around the world. I've met incredible people along the way, a small community that support me and which I am grateful for.

We organize challenges, a way to play, share, have fun, but also to spread love, awareness of importantance of self-love, kindness, gratutude, compassion, support, understanding, about whole the beauty that is surrounding us, positivity,... and ultimately to celebrate the beauty of this practice that teaches us something new every day!

So, give yoga a chance and you'll realise the benefits it brings, as they say the rest is history.

For everyone who starts this practice, I would like to say that yoga is much more than physical exercises. So, stay persistent and very soon you discover all its beauty.
