As I mentioned, I started my yoga practice in a stressfull period of
my life, when my aunt recommended me Osho's books. Reading his
statements, I realized that I want to give a try to yoga. And so I
started spontaneously, without knowing that it would become my daily
routine and great passion.
I am a self-taught yogi and I started practicing at home following
YouTube videos. When I felt psychological relief after the first
times of practice, I was drawn to it more and more, day by day.
After a while I realised that yoga helped me manage and reduce
stress, my mood was brighter, I simply had more energy and
ultimately I felt more relaxed and happy.
After 4 years of practicing yoga, it has done so much for my heart,
body and soul. Through all these years, yoga taught me so much:
mindfulness, awareness, great self-love, yoga simply allows me the
time to just be myself and be fully present in my body with no
judgments, and so on...
Ultimately it teaches me the art of living little by little, each
day.
I am so grateful that I discovered it and started a magical journey.
